We've still got a few months to go with this political circus, and like most of us I get really sick of it all and just want to scream and shout, and that's what this song is about. It was improvised on the spot while jamming with two old friends, and the energy is insistent and raw.

Recorded on September 10, 2009 during a session out at Jon's house, outside of Ithaca, NY. Jon plays drums and PeBo plays my five-string, fretless acoustic bass guitar and sings backup vocals. I'm singing lead and playing electric guitar. Captured live in Jon's loft with 4 mics on the drum kit, 2 vocal mics, and the bass and guitar direct with FireStudio, Logic, and MacBook Pro. Mixed back at mangobananas studios, Ithaca, NY.

This appears on my 2013 album all over the map.
